Terms for using GridMCP.ai.

These terms cover how the service works, billing, acceptable use, and what happens if either of us ends the relationship.

Using the service

GridMCP.ai provides hosted access to a read-only codebase-memory MCP tool set for subscribed organizations, subject to the session and concurrent-call limits of your plan.

Subscriptions and trials

Subscriptions bill through Stripe on the interval you choose. A payment method is required to start a trial; unless you cancel first, it is charged automatically when the trial ends. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the client portal billing section.

Acceptable use

Do not share API keys outside your organization, attempt to bypass tool authorization or rate limits, use the service to access repositories you are not authorized to index, or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific uptime or response time, and we do not offer a service level agreement (SLA) unless we have agreed to one with you separately in writing.

Intellectual property

GridMCP.ai and its branding are our property. You keep all rights to the source code and repositories you connect; we access them only to provide the indexing and MCP tool functionality you request.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we stop billing you and disable access to your account's tools within a reasonable period. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including acceptable use for past activity and our intellectual property rights, continue to apply.
