How GridMCP.ai handles your data.

This is a plain description of what we collect and why, not a claim of any third-party compliance certification.

Account and contact information

We store the organization name, owner name, and owner email you give us at signup or invite, plus records of account and support communications.

Billing information

Stripe collects and stores your payment method. We store the subscription status, plan, and billing history that Stripe returns to us. We do not store your card number.

Service providers

We share account and billing data only with the providers we need to run the service: Stripe for payments, and our infrastructure/hosting provider for running the application and database. We do not sell your data.

MCP telemetry

When your API key is used to call codebase-memory MCP tools, we record which tool was called, timing, result size, and the repository or project identifier involved. We use this telemetry to meter usage against your plan and to diagnose problems, not to train models or share it outside the providers above.

Data retention

We keep account, billing, and telemetry records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and abuse-prevention purposes. Contact us to ask about deleting account data after your subscription ends.

Certifications

We do not claim compliance with any specific third-party security or privacy certification framework at this time.
